Send us a request stating the amount of the GIFT VOUCHER you wish to give as a present and we will send you a link to make the payment by credit card. As soon as we receive your payment, we will issue you the GIFT VOUCHER.


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This voucher is not refundable in cash.
• This voucher is valid for a stay at the SISAN Family Resort and must be used in a unique solution, without the possibility of refunding you if the total price is lower.
• We ask you to send this voucher with your reservation so that it can be entered into our system. The voucher will be registered as a deposit on the reservation.
• Valid for season 2023.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• The guest who wishes to cancel a reservation is now entitled to a refund of the entire deposit paid, if this cancellation is received by Sisan Family Resort in writing only at least 14 days before the agreed arrival date.
• The guest who gives notice of cancellation in writing in the last 13 days before the start of the agreed arrival date or does not arrive at all will not be entitled to any refund; Sisan Family Resort will in this case retain the entire deposit paid as cancellation charges.
