Important Notice! Change of cancellation conditions.

the new opening date for the SISAN Family Resort is 14th May 2021.

SISAN Family Resort, aware of the current difficult situation, has changed the cancellation conditions for its Guests:

MAY: free cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date.
From 22.04.2021, for new bookings, it is not necessary to pay the deposit as confirmation.
The above conditions apply for all bookings received and future.

CANCELLATION FOR BOOKINGS MADE WITHOUT PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT:

Guests who wish to cancel their reservation are kindly requested to send an e-mail as soon as possible.
The reservation is confirmed without deposit, but we ask you to inform us, if you think you will arrive after 5.p.m.. The apartment is in any case guaranteed until 6 p.m. (TIME LIMIT).

BOOKING CANCELLATION WITH DEPOSIT:

The Guest who wants to cancel the reservation is entitled to a full refund of the deposit only if SISAN Family Resort receives the written cancellation request at least 3 days before the arrival date indicated in the booking. In this case, SISAN Family Resort will not withhold any sum as a penalty.
The Guest who renounces to the booking with written communication received by SISAN Family Resort in the 2 days before the arrival date indicated in the booking – or who does not show – will not be entitled to any refund, with the right of Sisan Family Resort to retain the 100 % of the deposit.

METHODS FOR RETURNING THE DEPOSIT:

You will receive by E-Mail a form with the request for bank details, to be returned to us in order to make the bank transfer.
If the deposit was paid through NEXI, the refund will be made by cancelling the transaction on your card.

JUNE: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival date.
The above conditions apply to all bookings both received and future.

BOOKING CANCELLATION:

The Guest who wants to cancel the reservation is entitled to a full refund of the deposit only if SISAN Family Resort receives the written cancellation request at least 7 days before the arrival date indicated in the booking. In this case, SISAN Family Resort will not withhold any sum as a penalty.
The Guest who renounces to the booking with written communication received by SISAN Family Resort in the 6 days before the arrival date indicated in the booking – or who does not show – will not be entitled to any refund, with the right of Sisan Family Resort to retain the 100 % of the deposit.

METHODS FOR RETURNING THE DEPOSIT:

FROM JULY: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date.
The above conditions apply to all bookings both received and future.

The Guest who wants to cancel the reservation is entitled to a full refund of the deposit only if SISAN Family Resort receives the written cancellation request at least 14 days before the arrival date indicated in the booking. In this case, SISAN Family Resort will not withhold any sum as a penalty.
The Guest who renounces to the booking with written communication received by SISAN Family Resort in the 13 days before the arrival date indicated in the booking – or who does not show – will not be entitled to any refund, with the right of Sisan Family Resort to retain the 100 % of the deposit.

If the deposit was paid through NEXI, the refund will be made by cancelling the transaction on your card.

IMPORTANT! The cancellation request must be sent by the holder of the reservation.
