General Information
Each unit is provided with a brochure containing useful information about your holiday.
Art. 1
Check in:
from 3.30 pm to 11pm; night arrivals are only possible with prior notice.
At check in, each Guest needs to show an identity document and the voucher (if the booking was made through a travel agency or tour operator). Each Guest is responsible to check the personal information, to correct any mistake by reporting it to the Direction and to make sure the reception is aware of any variation, such as the arrival/departure of travellers.
The entrance and the presence of non-registered people in the hotel village imply:
- Violation of Public Safety;
- Violation of article 614 C.P (home invasion);
- Violation of article 633 C.P. (land and premise violation);
- Violation of article 624 C.P. (service thief);
- Contractual fraud crime.
The Guest will receive a magnetic key which must be inserted in its box device to use the room. Attention: room safety devices will only work if the key badge is inserted.
Art. 2
Check out:
from 8am to 10am; The room needs to be vacated within 10am. It is highly recommended to settle the balance the day before departure, between 8am and 10pm.
Guests who paid their stay in advance also need to check out at the main reception, and pay any extras and the tourist tax.
An extension of the stay is possible, if the unit is still available, at the price stated on the official price list.
On the departure day the kitchen needs to be left clean, kitchenware must be washed up and put in order. Garbage has to be taken to the garbage bin/containers available on site. The Direction may check the apartment and charge the proper amount for damages or breakages.
Art. 3
Booking conditions
A minimum length of stay can be determined by the Direction.
The booking is only confirmed after the prepayment is made and the consequent written notice is sent.
At the moment the booking is made, the details of a credit card as guarantee may be asked. In this case, the Guest authorizes the use of their data.
Family Resort Direction informs that preferences of a certain room/apartment number cannot be always fulfilled. We will try and our best to accommodate these preferences.
In case of late arrival or early departure all reserved days must be paid.
Art. 4
Cancellation policy
The Guest who cancels a booking has the right to have the prepayment refunded, if a written notice is sent at least 30 days before the arrival. On the contrary, if a cancellation is not made within the above mentioned terms or in case of no show, the Guest will not be refunded and the family resort will keep the prepayment amount as cancellation fee. In case of late arrival or early departure the booked stay has to be fully paid.
Art. 5
Lost keys charge
At check in each Guest is given a magnetic key to enter the apartment. Please make sure not to lose it, otherwise €30,00 will be charged.
Art. 6
Payments
Payments may be made in cash (following the legal terms) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì, Bancomat).
Art. 7
Underage guests
Underage guests are allowed to enter the structure only if accompanied by parents or people having parenting authority. Children cannot use common facilities if alone. Parents are directly responsible for their children actions. The Direction declines any responsibility for any accidents occurred to their children.
Art. 8
Visitors
The Direction reserves the right to allow free visitor entrance for a short term, according to the structure internal organization. Each visitor has to leave and identity card or passport at the entrance door. Any extension of a visitor stay needs to be agreed with the Direction after paying the official rate. Visitors are allowed to enter on foot only and not at night. Each registered customer has to make sure their visitors are authorized by the Direction and they are responsible for their behavior on spot.
Art.9
Silence time
Between 11pm and 7am and between 1pm and 3pm. The volume of any loud device has to be turned down. Any other improper activity and behavior must be avoided during this time.
Art. 10
Vehicular traffic
All vehicles are allowed to enter and exit the structure at a moderate speed and respecting traffic signs.
Art. 11
Parking
The parking is unattended, uncovered and reserved for Guests. Each room has a parking lot for one car. The Direction declines any responsibility for any possible damage or theft at the parking place.
Art. 12
Pool
The pool rules are displayed on site. Pool opening time varies according to the season and it is limited to the displayed times. The Direction declines any responsibility in case a Guest breaks one of the rules. Underage people need to be always accompanied by an adult. It is strictly forbidden to dive and use inflatable games of any kind. Babies need to wear swimming diapers. Sun loungers and parasols cannot be moved from the pool area.
Slippers are compulsory and each guest must shower before entering the pool. In case of bad weather, the pool will stay closed. In case of emergency please contact the available safeguard staff on site or call one of the following numbers:

Pool towels: the initial supply of the pool towels and their weekly change is included in the price. Any other change will be charged with €3,00 per towel.
Art. 13
Animals
No pets are allowed in the whole structure.
Art. 14
Recycling
We kindly ask our Guests to use the recycling area properly, by putting garbage in closed bags, that should be bio for organic waste. It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage outside the apartment door as this will attract insect and other animals.
Art. 15
Room cleaning
Room cleaning is under the responsibility of the hotel village. The Kitchen must be cleaned by the Guest, though, both during the stay and at departure.
Art. 16
Leisure facilities and playground
The playground area must be used properly and respectfully, not at silence time.
Leisure equipment is at the risk of the users. Parents are responsible for their children.
Art. 17
Lifts
Minors must always be accompanied by an adult when using the lifts. It is forbidden to use the lifts in case of fire, earthquake or other events as this may endanger your safety.
Art. 18
Valuables and lost properties
Guests must take care of their valuables; the use of the safety deposit box in each room is highly recommended. Please close all doors and windows if you are not in the room.
Found objects need to be given back to the Direction or the Public Authorities, so they can be handed back to the owner.
Art. 19
Prohibitions
It is strictly forbidden:
- To throw garbage in the incorrect bins;
- To use a barbecue and start an open fire;
- To damage vegetation;
- To use bicycles on the pedestrian path;
- To set fire (apart from the kitchen hob) inside the living units;
- To store LPG gas cylinder with a capacity that exceeds 15 kg;
- To set charcoal or wood barbecue close to the living units, pitches, tents;
- To place grills and hobs close to textiles such as curtains etc;
- To use candles or gas devices for lighting;
- To park the car close to the living units;
- To transfer LPG from portable boxes or tanks to the vehicle;
- To use open flames that may cause sparks;
- To cut any kind of hose;
- To perform any action that may cause fire or injury;
- To smoke if not allowed;
- To work on the electric system, it is only possible to use the available plugs and sockets;
- To use extension leads and other nonconforming plug sockets and adaptors.
Art. 19
Infectious disease
Every infectious disease must be declared at the Reception

Emergency management
Please make sure you have checked the attached plans and the plans displayed in each room and in the structure.
- Alarms: in case of danger you can:
- inform Reception;
- press the closest the alarm button;
- call the Reception from your room;
- call the Reception if you are not in your room by choosing one of the following numbers:

If you hear the alarm ringing from the loud speakers please reach the closest signposted meeting point on foot. Please follow the instructions of our staff. Do not try to exit by car to avoid obstructions.
Guests with disability must be reported at the Reception at check in. A rescue system has been specifically organized with staff able to assist disabled people.

Art. 22
Responsibilities
The Direction declines responsibility in case of:
- any kind of theft of valuables or other objects, which were not stored safely
- any damage caused by other Guests, force majeure, natural calamities, insects, diseases or other accidents occurred to plants, branches of other tree parts or fruits.
The Direction reserves the right to expel those, who break rules or cause disturbance to other Guests, damaging the good management of the structure in terms of relaxation and good cooperation.
Expelled or warned Guests cannot enter the structure anymore, unless they get a written confirmation by the Direction.
The entrance in the hotel village implies the Guest has read and accepted their conditions, which may be integrated with other future norms if useful for a better management of the structure.
